Hi ed, imo 28 is not too late, but it is a big decision in life you are making. after jon got his first blackberry, like 5 years ago (in the dark ages before iphones) he was on it so much that i started referring to it as his girlfriend. this last year as i have Brittany Snow done research, i have learned about the need in our body for animal fat, and things like protein, iron, and essential amino acides, and i have tried to incorporate more of it in my diet. if you paint oil already, digital is a lot easier. the deathly silence indicates otherwise.
